Where does it heat?
The heating layer spreads warmth across your back and shoulders — right where you feel the cold first.
Is it safe to use?
Emberwrap runs on low-voltage 5V power from a USB power bank — never the mains — with a carbon-fibre heating layer and three settings you switch with the button on the wrap. Use a power bank that meets UK safety standards, and don't fold the heated panel tightly while it's switched on.
Do I need a plug socket?
No. It runs from a standard USB power bank, so you're never tied to a wall socket. Power bank sold separately.
What power bank do I need?
Any standard 5V USB power bank. In lab testing, a 10,000mAh bank gave around 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high — real-world times vary with the setting and the weather.
Will it fit me?
It's a relaxed, oversized one-size wrap, 150 × 80 cm, with plenty of room to drape over your shoulders and move freely.
Can I wash it?
The fabric is water-repellent. Remove the power bank and lead first, then hand wash gently and let it dry completely before reconnecting. Please don't machine wash or tumble dry.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK delivery then takes 8–12 working days. For Christmas delivery, order by the end of November.
