          These terms cover how buying works on mavellerow.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which govern the contract itself.

          Availability

          All products are subject to availability. Stock shown on a product page is indicative and can change between you adding an item to your basket and completing checkout. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you within one working day and refund you in full.

          Order limits

          We may limit the quantity of any product per customer, per household or per order, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale. If we do, we will refund you in full.

          Prices

          All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. A change after that does not affect your order.

          The price at checkout is the total price. No customs duties, import charges or handling fees are added on delivery.

          Promotions and discounts

          • Promotional prices apply for the period stated on the product page or in the promotion, and while stocks last.
          • Where we show a higher reference price alongside a promotional price, the reference price is the price at which we have offered that product on this site in the preceding period.
          • Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
          • Promotional prices and discount codes cannot be used together on the same item.

          Delivery charges

          Standard UK delivery is £6.99, and free on orders of 2 or more items. Express delivery is £16.99. Charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

          Returns

          Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and you have a separate statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Both are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy.

          Contract, liability and governing law

          When the contract is formed, what we are responsible for, and which law applies are all set out in our Terms of Service. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.
