Shipping Policy

We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Delivery options

Delivery times are counted in working days from the day you place your order, and include the time we take to prepare and pack it. Most orders arrive well before the times shown.

Nothing to pay on delivery

The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. You will not be asked for customs duties, import charges or handling fees when your parcel arrives. If any carrier ever asks you for such a charge, do not pay it — email us and we will resolve it.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking usually starts updating within 48 hours.

If your parcel is late

If your order has not arrived within 30 working days, email service@mavellerow.com with your order number. We will either resolve it with the carrier or refund you in full — your choice.

Missing, damaged or wrong items

• Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and any safe place named on the tracking, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Damaged in transit: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packaging.
• Wrong item sent: email us and we will send the correct item and cover the return postage on the wrong one.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the order minus the original postage cost, or re-send it once you have paid postage again.

Changing your order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will amend or cancel it if it has not yet been packed. Once a parcel has been dispatched it cannot be recalled, but you can still return it under our Refund & Returns Policy.
