This website is operated by LUMEN STAR LTD, trading as mavellerow ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Using this site

You must be 18 or over to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to introduce malicious code, or to scrape, copy or resell any part of it without our written permission.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or restrict access to the site, where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly differently on your screen. Packaging may vary.

All products are subject to availability. We may change or withdraw a product at any time before your order is accepted.

4. Placing an order

A product listing is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

If we cannot accept your order — because an item is out of stock, because a price was listed in error, or because payment was not authorised — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Pricing errors

If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not dispatch at the incorrect price without your agreement.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, with delivery charges shown separately before you confirm. There is nothing further to pay on delivery. See our Payment & Billing Terms for accepted payment methods.

7. Delivery

We deliver within 30 working days of your order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellation and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, and we extend this to a 30-day return window. Full details, including the exceptions, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a right to reject them within 30 days for a full refund, and to a repair, replacement or price reduction after that. This right sits alongside our returns policy, not instead of it.

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for keeping your contact and delivery details up to date.

11. Content you send us

If you send us reviews, photographs, suggestions or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm it is yours to send and that it is not unlawful, defamatory or offensive. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your use of the products for business purposes.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

14. Changes, severability and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring court proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Complaints

Email service@mavellerow.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and give a final response within 14 days.
